By using our website or purchasing from Skin Happy, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using our site or subscribing.
1. Product Use & Disclaimer
Cosmetic Classification:
Skin Happy products are cosmetic in nature and are not classified as therapeutic goods. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our products are not listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) and do not make therapeutic claims.Patch Testing & Allergies:
While our formulations are designed to be gentle and suitable for most skin types, everyone’s skin is different.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
It is the customer's responsibility to read the full ingredients list and assess for potential sensitivities or allergies before using any product.Medical Advice Disclaimer:

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in AUD and include GST (unless otherwise stated).
Payments are processed securely at checkout via third-party platforms.
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order.
3. Subscription Terms
Subscribe & Save: Get 15% off with automatic deliveries every 4, 6, 8 or 10 weeks.
Each subscription can include one spray size only (e.g. 60mL or 120mL). To receive both sizes, set up separate subscriptions.
You can modify or cancel anytime via your customer account or by contacting us.
Subscription changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next charge.
Failed payments may result in skipped or paused deliveries.
Discount codes do not apply to subscription orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping (2–7 Business Days):
Flat rate of $9.50, or free for orders over $50.
Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days):
Flat rate of $15. Priority processed for metro areas.
Express Local Delivery (1–2 Business Days):
Available to select Metro Sydney postcodes. Eligibility shown at checkout.
Order Tracking:
Tracking details will be sent to your email once dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind:
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:
If your product is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. You may be entitled to a refund or exchange under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Return shipping is covered by us for eligible claims.
Return Process:
Contact us with your order number.
Follow instructions provided.
Returns processed within 5–7 business days once received.
Your Rights Under ACL:
This policy is in addition to your rights under the ACL, which provides remedies if a product is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Skin Happy website—text, graphics, branding, imagery—is owned or licensed by Skin Happy and must not be copied without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Skin Happy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or injury caused by the misuse of our products.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from product use. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure compatibility with their skin before full application.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or unsafe.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
